The Fitting Room forces the audience to be part of an harrassing situation.

A crinoline  embodies the position of a woman in everyday life and society.

The crinoline is a 1,4 m high and 1 m wide sculpture made out of aluminium poles

and cased with white fabric that embodies the surface for the video projection.

The crinoline is partly open and offers an entrance,

so the audience can enter the skirt and stand inside of it.

The only way to enter the room is through the entrance in the crinoline.

Therefore, the audience is forced to participate in the action inside of the box.
